She is regularly relied upon by fashion and consumer goods brands, world-renowned law firms, non-profit organizations, trade groups, and educational institutions to speak about cutting edge legal and commercial issues facing the retail industry.

When the world was in lockdown, Ms. Pahwa decided to bring her experience and expertise to the world. She created a pedagogue on Fashion Laws and has delivered over 50 webinars and seminars on the topic. With immense love and passion for the subject she is currently working on a book on the world of Fashion Laws, with an Indian perspective.
